1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Resonance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Resonance. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account

You must create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post or transmit content that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to access another user's private data.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the App.
• Circumvent or disable any security or access control features.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, messages, etc.). By posting content on Resonance, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content to other users as part of the App's functionality (e.g., showing your profile to potential matches, delivering your messages).

We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without notice.

6. Content Moderation

Resonance includes content moderation features including profanity filtering and user reporting. We reserve the right to review reported content and take action, including removing content or suspending accounts, at our discretion.

7. Apple Music

Resonance integrates with Apple Music via MusicKit. Your use of Apple Music content within the App is subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. An Apple Music subscription may be required for full functionality.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Resonance is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of matches, the behavior of other users, or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for interactions between users that occur outside the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resonance and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
