Do I need Apple Music?
An Apple Music subscription is recommended for the full experience (real-time matching while listening). You can still browse profiles, chat with matches, and explore the app without one.
How does matching work?
Resonance matches you with people in two ways: real-time (you're both listening to the same song or artist right now) and historical (your overall music taste is similar based on listening history).
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including your profile, matches, messages, and listening history.
How do I report or block a user?
Tap the menu icon on any user's profile or in a chat conversation to report or block them. Blocked users will no longer appear in your feed or be able to message you.
Is my email visible to others?
No. Your email is stored privately and is never shown to other users.
